If the Customer cancels an agreed rental of the Photo Booth within 6 weeks of the rental date the full amount of rental hire will be playable.Ĭancellations are subbject to the following :Ī) In the event of cancellation by the Supplier or in the highly unlikely event of operational failure, the photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid. Any request to alter the agreed date must be made in writing and at least 3 months prior to the Customer’s event unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Customer will provide a mains electricity supply within the space designated by the Customer for the Photo BoothĪny change of date is subject to the availability of the Photo Booth and is at the discretion of Amore Photography. A minimum floor area of 3m x 3m is required for best operation. The Customer will arrange for an appropriate space to be made available for the Photo Booth at the event venue. Payment of all additional rental charges must be made by the Customer before any additional service period commences.

If the operator uses the equipment for a period in excess of the agreed service period additional rental charges will be payable by the Customer to the Supplier, calculated on a pro rata basis. The Supplier agrees to provide a Photo Booth operational and available for use for a minimum of 80% of the agreed service period, downtime is required to permit maintenance of the Photo Booth should any be necessary arise.Ī non -returnable booking fee of £50.00 deductible from the rental charge is required to secure a reservation for the Photo Booth, the balance of the agreed rental charge is due 6 weeks days before the Customer’s event, unless previously agreed in writing. The due performance of the contract is subject to the conditions below and cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless expressly agreed by the Amore Photography in writing. If the clients arrange for a third party to meet the costs of this contract the contract remains with the clients. In the following conditions of contract the supplier shall mean Amore Photography, its affiliated companies, Affiliated Persons or any person appointed by Amore Photography “The Clients” shall be those whose accept / purpose / book the photobooth hire. This written contract sets out the full, intentions of the parties and supersedes any previous oral agreements made between the parties.
